Here are some general areas that are the focus for future coding/development for jACT-R.
Production Compilation : There is an existing version, but it is based too literally on the Lisp and is not as flexible as desired. Ideally, we'd have a solution that has pluggable logic based upon the behavior of the module/buffer pair. This was the original idea behind the ICompilableContext, but it was never followed up.
Runtime and execution is separate from the core as it focus strictly on the atheoretic execution of the theoretic components.
Remote Execution : jACT-R used to support remote execution of single models and batch runs. This support needs to be restored and improved. Many thoughts on this coming soon.
